Organic Gardening – Nourish the soil.

It’s no tricky math equation: healthy soil = healthy growth. Take the time here to really nourish your soil and choose organic, nature-friendly substances that will organically aid your gardens growth. Amend the soil with lots of organic matter to provide soil structure and nutrients.

Compost is a trendy and natural way to add nutrients to your soil, but we recommend using AEM (Activated Effective Micro-organism) to help neutralize the odors accompanied with composting and to help break down the compost to a more useable level. It help promote soil building is by using a microbial inoculent like AEM, which will enhance the soil quality and help retain moisture.

Cooking with Japan Style G-Seasoning Powder

Hey all. I will like to share my own cooking experience using Biogreen Japan Style G-Seasoning powder. The only ingredient you need is seaweed and tofu and of course, the G-seasoning.

Boil 100ml of water and add in the seaweed.

Add two teaspoons of G-seasoning powder to make savoury soup base.

Add in the tofu.

In less than 10 minutes, I had cooked myself a healthy lunch. Yummy!

Review about Biogreen Pre Balance Crackers

One of my favourite snacks is Biogreen Pre Balance Crackers. Unlike other biscuit cracker, it didn’t have a layer of unhealthy sugar coat. The taste of the black and white sesame is so nice that I just keep eating one slice after another.

Last week I brought a packet to my office. Whenever I am hungry, I will make myself a hot cup of coffee and treat myself a packet of cracker. It is best choice for tea time. Now my colleagues are joining me. Sweet!

My Usage Tip of Healthy Snack: Dried Cranberries

Among the fruits and vegetables richest in health-promoting antioxidants berries, such as cranberries, rank at the top of the list.  In a tropical country like Singapore, we hardly find fresh cranberries at the market, but the dried cranberries is available in the organic shops.   The reason I make the purchase in organic shops is due to its unsweeteness (so that it contains less calories)  It is ultimately important for my weight loss plan. :)   It costs me about S$ 8, considerably reasonable, as compared to those other sugared-sweet dried fruits.

I have been enough for the oily outside food recently. At a holiday, I decided to stay at home for reading and make a “detoxed” meal for myself , which is a salad (without sourced) , and fat-free natural yohurt, served with a handful of dried cranberries.   It looks colourful and yummy :)     I think it would be fantastic to be used as ingredient for baking some cookies too :)

Biogreen Dream Coffee Review

Today many agricultural products are grown using organic methods and coffee is no exception. Organic products have a very minimal effect on the environment because there is no use of insecticides, pesticides and fertilizers.

I happened to find Biogreen Dream Coffee at one of the shops at Fu lu sho. I am a heavy coffee drinker and I drink 2-3 cups of coffee every day. However, I read some article that drinking too much coffee is bad for health.

That is why I choose organic coffee. It tastes like usual coffee but more health. I still keep me awake after a heavy lunch during work day. Haha… but I don’t feel the caffeine effect when I drink non organic coffee.

Give a try.. I believe you will like it as much as I do.
